people of the world, i present to you: my green smoothie this morning.
it was so insanely GOOD.
banana, spinach, soy milk, small scoop of almond butter, dash of vanilla, cinammon, small scoop of flaxseed, and some crushed ice.
WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON SOY PRODUCTS AND HORMONAL IMBALANCE?
HAVE U TRIED THIS AND OTHER RECIPES WITHOUT USING SOY MILK AND SOY PRODUCTS?

I don’t use a ton of soy in my cooking, as I try to stay away from processed foods when possible. An idea for replacing the soy in this smoothie would be to try Almond Milk. Almond Breeze Regular flavor is my absolute favorite! Fewer calories than soy milk, and soy free!
