i was on a bit of a salad kick last week. here’s one that was really good, and again, super easy to prepare.
what you need:
tempeh cubes (soy sauce, garlic/garlic powder, pepper, drop of oo)
1/3 of an avocado
what you do:
i love making these tempeh cubes. they’re really versatile and you can use them in a salad, or serve them with mashed potatoes and veggies. take a package of tempeh and cut it into cubes. put them on a skillet with a drop of olive oil, a ton of soy sauce, garlic powder and a bit of soy vey. leave them on medium heat, flipping the cupes over every few minutes until all sides are browned. DONE.
