Who, me?! Hi and thanks for coming to my little corner of the interwebs!
I’m 26, live and work in New York City, and when I’m not at work, you can usually find me in my tiny NYC kitchen, baking and cooking up a storm. I wasn’t always this way though, and up until about three years ago the closet thing I came to cooking was “making” cereal. Right.
As for my food philosophy? I’m hesitant to put a label on my eating habits, but I can say I eat mostly vegetarian, and mostly vegan (with the occasional egg/piece of cheese/stick of butter sprinkled in there somewhere. Blame it on the cupcakes.) I love healthy, whole, good for you foods, but can never resist a good dessert. Can’t stop, won’t stop.
